Bred at Vollrath Stud, his dam is AKVAVIT, 4th generation Hanoverian mare by Anamour/ Dynamit/ Witzbold/ Winnebago.

(Akvavit's dam Dynamique was bred at Vollrath and purchased by Angela & John Smith.)

His sire is Deurrenmatt by Dynamit/Genius/Diskus.

We had not counted on the rising two-year-old colt's potency.

What a change a month makes - the ribby 2 day old changed into a strong "Hallo, look at me!"
