Some very good news from the FEI World Dressage Challenge, at McLean's Island, Christchurch, this weekend.
Several horses bred at Vollrath have been very nicely placed at the event so far:
Novice FEI Challenge: 1st -- Laurel Cross (NZL) 69% on DAMASK by Dynamit ex Ludenstar Children's FEI Challenge: 4th - Cathryn Johnston (Hong Kong) 66% on VOLLRATH DAVID by Danzig (Distelfink) ex Gretel (Witzbold). Vollrath David was the winner of the Hong Kong section. Danzig was gelded and sold as a S/J to Japan. FEI Dressage Team Classification: 1st - NZL 195.43 - four members of which two horses are by DYNAMIT -- Damask 69% & Wistow Iman 58.6 % (ridden by Sharon Inwood)
